• Chamomile Lavender Sleep Tea (3 servings)
• Herbal tincture (30ml of Valerian Root, Passion Flower, Skullcap or Milky Oat Tincture)
• Bath/Shower products (Lavender bath bomb or shower steamer + One serving of lavender Epsom - Himalayan Salt bath soak)

• A sleep journal (Designed for 1 week of use)
